I feel I should preface this by saying I have never bought a vehicle from Front Royal Ford. That being said my experience with their Repair shop was top notch. The staff was very personable and they me bought a vehicle from Front Royal Ford. That being said my experience with their Repair shop was top notch. The staff was very personable and they meet and exceeded my expectations. I guess my only complaint would be that they didn’t leave me the keys to the Mustang Mach 3 that they left at my house when they picked up my vehicle. I would have very much enjoyed taking it for a test ride for a couple of days. Other than that my experience was Five Stars all the way. More

This would have been no stars if I could have rated lower. This was the worst service I experienced in more than 40 years as a Ford customer. Front Royal Ford is leveraging the shortage in the market t lower. This was the worst service I experienced in more than 40 years as a Ford customer. Front Royal Ford is leveraging the shortage in the market to gouge their customers. They are selling scaring elderly customers into buying batteries and wipers they don't need. No level of low these people won't go to in order to make a buck. More
