I RESEARCHED DODGE 1500 RAM PRODUCTS ON OFFICIAL RAM WEBSITE AND LISTED THE MINIMUM CRITERIA I WANTED. WHEN MY WIFE AND I VISITED THE DEALERSHIP, SALES REP., PAUL RADFORD MET US IN THE LOT. I SHOWED HIM OUR LIST AND HE EXPLAINED HE DIDN'T HAVE THAT EXACT VEHICLE BUT COULD FIND SOMETHING CLOSE. HE SHOWED US ONE WITH QUITE A FEW UPGRADES WELL WITHIN OUR PRICE RANGE. HE SUGGESTED WE TEST DRIVE THE VEHICLE WHILE HE APPRAISED OUR 2004 DODGE DAKOTA QUAD CAB SLT. WHEN WE RETURNED, PAUL HAD SOME HARD NUMBERS FOR US AND AFTER REVIEWING THEM, WE WERE WELL PLEASED WITH TRADE IN, INCENTIVE DISCOUNTS AND PAYMENTS. PAUL TOOK US OVER TO MEET WITH THE FINANCIAL MANAGER, DANIEL TOVAR, AND WE TOOK CARE OF ALL THE PAPERWORK. IN THE MEANTIME, PAUL HAD THE VEHICLE READIED FOR PRESENTATION WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS. PAUL WENT OVER ALL WARRANTY AND PERTINENT OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WE HAD WITH FRONTIER DEALERSHIP IN LUBBOCK, TEXAS WAS WONDERFUL. THE WHOLE STAFF WE DEALT WITH WERE VERY FRIENDLY, CURTIOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND THOUROUGH. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AND SALESPERSON TO ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

My Review of Frontier Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
1-Disputed internet price

2-Tried lieing about option that was missing on car. Finally admitted it had been stolen.

3-Was approved for loan, signed papers and left with car. Next day wanted more information on income, sent it. Then week later wanted more income information and refused to let me talk to lender. Mike the sales manager said I was ignoring there phone calls and said they would come get the car and keep my $6000 down payment if I didnt give them what they wanted.

4-DON'T BUY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My salesman (Bryston) did a fantastic job. He waded through lots of vehicles and indecision on our part and found exactly what we were looking for and at the right price. I usually don't like doing the paperwork because I know the finance guy is going to try and sell me all of the extras I don't want. I did not have that experience at Frontier. I'm very happy. I will buy my next vehicle from Frontier.

I am about to do something I have never done in my life, and that is to brag on a "Used Car Salesman"!!! I have never been treated so courteously or professionally as I was during the purchase of my wonderful new car last week, July 29th. The young man's name is Joe Bass at the Frontier Dodge here in Lubbock, TX. Joe has a very unique quality - he genuinely likes people. His big smile and honesty really stand out. This was without a doubt the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. His sales manager should "clone" him. He is definitely an asset and a keeper.
