I had both a pleasant experience and explanations were given in meaningful manner. I wanted a For Maverick Hybrid. There were none locally. Yet, I was willing to ask questions about why I would want an Ec given in meaningful manner. I wanted a For Maverick Hybrid. There were none locally. Yet, I was willing to ask questions about why I would want an Ecoboost instead. In fact, I wanted toq options that the Hybrid for not have enough power to pull in pounds. I chose an Ecoboost. The model I wanted was not in store yet but my salesman was able to locate one for me. I am now a happy new owner of a Ford Maverick Ecoboost XLT. Both salesman and mamager met an exceeded my expectations for professional and personal touch in answering my questions. I bought the whole extended warranty packages offered. I want and need a vehicle I can depend on as well as need my vehicle to run and pass warranty standards. Ford covered more than I could have imagined. My Maverick is brand new and I want it to feel and look as new as long as I can. As long as Future Ford take care of my car, I will keep my car maintenance with them. So far, so good. More
