He answered all my questi Today I leased a 2015 Buick Encore from Joyce Buick, my salesman was Jim Mason and I cannot say enough about my experience. He answered all my questions and explained everything throughly. Brian Joyce came over to talk with me and insure that I was pleased with the contract and experience. Jim Mason even came in on his vacation on Monday to let me drive the car & discuss the contract and came back today to deliver the car and explain all the features. They were very fair with my trade in and I was happy with the contract. Lisa Wenzel, Finance Manager, handled the lease agreement and was very knowledgeable and fun to deal with. Everyone there was friendly and the dealership had a nice appearance. My husband has purchased his cars from Joyce for years so I know how good the service department is and that is very important to us. I had purchased a vehicle a short 9 months earlier but due to some unforeseen medical circumstances with my spouse I now needed a different type vehicle. Matt worked hard to find a solution that met our needs within our budget. Matt even suggested that we use one of their loaners in the model we were considering first to make sure it met our needs. Matt did not want to "just make the sale" and us be disappointed later and regret trading in our current vehicle if it truly did not provide the comfort and riding experience needed by my spouse. Matt did not rush us to make any decisions. He was very accommodating and provided excellent service! The finance person, Lisa Wenzel, was also very pleasant, helpful, and a joy to deal with. Lisa takes time to explain everything. All of my experiences have been excellent at this dealership including the Service Department with my previous vehicle's routine maintenance.
