I took my 2007 Vue in for the recall on the torque converter. Jennifer was so very helpful in getting me logged in and setting me up with a loaner car to get to work. I was called 2 times to inform me of the status of what was to be done and later to let me know my Vue was ready. The engine light had come on the last time I got gas and the mechanic Karl checked it out and found I needed a new gas cap. They also replaced all 3 of my wiper blades as I had requested. When I drove my Vue home, I was delighted at how smoothely it performed! I still get a big grin on my face when I drive it. I just did not realize how rough it had gotten. Thanks to Jennifer and Karl, my Vue is running great. More

Our experience with Mark was a pleasent and positive one.
