Truck was diagnosed with a knock sensor problem on a Monday. Took truck in the next day (first thing in the morning) as I had a 7:30 appt to get it fixed. By 2:30 that day they had just started diagnosis what they already knew was the problem. By 4:30 that day they realized they didn't have the part to fix it. They kept the truck overnight and I didn't get it back until 12:30 on Wednesday. I am not a mechanic but think this took way too much time seeing as all they needed to do was figure out which of the 2 knock sensors needed to be replaced. That shouldn't be an all day diagnosis. I tried getting a loaner vehicle but they don't offer that. More
They do a good job. It used to be better. Shuttles do not run well and they typically cannot handle more than a basic service without additional appointments. Quality It used to be better. Quality folks but it would be great if they had more capacity to be able to check warranty issues and address minor checks. It creates a burden for people to have to make more trips than normal to the dealership for work because of the capacity and scheduling capability. I like the people but if you need more flexibility and assistance maybe consider an alternate vendor More

Service department found that the necessary repair was under warranty and there was no cost to me.
