Since it changed ownership it’s very difficult to get through to to the service desk some days, not as organized as it was under Becker. The directions to the service center were not clear. Its not at the Becker Lot listed on the internet. A customer gave us instructions as there was no one there and door was locked. When I picked up the car, I was told everything was fine. They said everything was great and found nothing wrong except they couldn't fix the air pressure signal on the computer end of it. They said that was no big deal. Front Desk and Tech were both super polite. I feel the price was a real value if they actually did anything. I didn't get any paperwork so I don't know what they did. They said they looked the car over and found nothing but the tire pressure thing and they changed the oil. I am assuming from that, the car has no issues. More
