Eric Palmer was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He would get a 5 rating. When the manager got involved it devolved into the high pressure tactics that car dealers are known for. They tried to push it through that day but the financial manager never met with us to go through the number ls, many of which were unclear and had either not been mentioned or mentioned in passing during the sale.
