I try to avoid going to this dealership because of past negative experiences and the "Bro" culture vibe, but had to because I needed a key for my 2012 Ram made. He failed to inform me that there was another $90 "programming" charge, so I got a big surprise when I went to pay and check out. Cashier person didn't even ackowledge my complaint, much less address the issue. Never again! More
