I was cruising for used cars and happened to spot an explorer that fit my budget and a deal was made. Fair price, excellent mileage, overall a very satisfying transaction. Shortly thereafter a transmission needed repair and they were great. Free loaner while the transmission was getting fixed and all covered by warranty. These folks know customer service. Pleasent service people, an easy business to work with. We will shop there again.

I went into on a Sunday afternoon to look at a Jeep, seen online. I met Rick who was very friendly and willing to answer all our questions. He let me test drive the jeep. I than sat down with him and was approved and ready to purchase my vehicle within a few minutes. He explained everything in detail and was able to answer all my questions in detail. I am the proud owner of jeep wrangler and did not feel like I was rushed in anyway and the overall experience was excellent. I would recommend them to all my friends and have already told a few friends to check them out. I only wish other dealers were as eager to take out the time to answer questions.

This Dealer contacted me after my first my review they were upset that they saw i had a bad experience with serive and they helped me out to fix problem!!! I want to Mention That Jay in Service was GREAT WITH ME even though the first problem wasnt fixed!!!! I am Currently over my 30 day Warranty And have a TPMS Issue With my tires the sensor light is on But Scott Is Gonna take care of it it shows me that they Care For there customers after they Buy the car!!! I am truly Pleased that they contacted me to help me out it shows That they do care!! Scott is a ver guenuine Guy And takes care of his customers!!! I hope to deal with Scott Again In the Future In buying a car!!! Scott THanks Again For helping me out with this current problem with My tires over the warranty!!! I went to this dealership because of a very well done web page. I was greeted by Rick & shown the car I was interested in, he was very friendly & helpful when we filled out the paperwork. On a holiday weekend he managed to find & get me a loan at a reasonable rate & I had my car in 4 days.

This is our second vehicle from Galaxy Auto. We were impressed with the service and vehicle the first time that when looking to replace it we went right back to Galaxy. Rick is great to work with and answered any questions or concerns we had. We found another great vehicle at Galaxy and didn't have to look anywhere else.

I am giving the rating because Sott was such a great help. He explained everything to me in detail and was very friendly. The price for the car was unbelievable, including the low mileage. I would recommend people to definitely go to Galaxy Auto Place.
