I used the Galeana body shop for my2024 Kia seltos thank I bought At Galeana Kia. The Galeana Body shop is run by the Galeana Chrysler dealership. I brought my car there to repair paint damage which they I bought At Galeana Kia. The Galeana Body shop is run by the Galeana Chrysler dealership. I brought my car there to repair paint damage which they did . I returned to pick up my car after it was there for 10 days . Upon arriving I saw a dent in the passenger side front door that was not there when I dropped off the car . I stated to the people who work there that I walked the car before giving it to them and this happened there . I was told no we took a picture . I asked to see a time stamp for the picture I dropped the car off on 4/1 at 11am . There was no time stamp . I said the picture could have been taken any time . I then had Matt Bryer the estimator say to me typical Newyorker looking for something for nothing . I said to Matt Breyer what do you know about Ny. He said to me I see you have short man syndrome . This coming from a guy who is about 6 foot eight :one of the most obnoxious unprofessional comments possible . I then had the woman in the office next to Matt’s tell me get out of my office while I was looking at the picture on her computer screen and tell me to close the door . Sorry I don’t remember that beauties name .Mike Demontigny the manager of the auto body shop then told me here’s the number for a dentless repair guy you can call him . I asked him are you paying for it he said no . I then drove out steaming mad for the rude behavior after spending 3700 dollars in that body shop.. I promptly drove onto the Kia dealership still mad at the way o was treated . I retold my story to the manager Eddie Sharfenaker the manger of the Kia dealership . Ed was a gentleman and listened to me and looked at the dent in my car door. He then said to me don’t worry about this I will take care of this and he did . Ed arranged for the dentless repair contractor to repair the dent in my door. I then spoke to Joe Owen who runs the Kia body shop about Matt Bryers rude comments to me . I asked for an apology for Matt's insensitive rude comments . Joe said he would look into it . I got home and found the logos were left off my car I found them in the trunk . I called Joe Owen back and emailed we agreed on me returning on 4/26 to install the logo’s. I returned and the Seltos logo could not be installed . I was told by George Rigney I would be called when the logo came in . I said I am leaving on 5-2 for NY and won’t be back for a while . Well I never got a call back and had to call today to see about the logo . The bottom line Matt Breyer in the body shop was rude and abusive and nothing was done I got lip service from Joe Owen . Even if you disagree with a customer you don’t openly tell them they are a liar let alone tell them typical New Yorker and then tell them they have short man’s syndrome . I am 5 foot nine so not that short 😆.. The bottom line I would say don’t go near the Kia body shop or the Chrysler dealership in FortMeyers . The only person that was decent was Ed Sharfenaher who runs the Kia dealership. To sum it up a horrible experience with some rude clowns in the body shop . Joe Owens telling me he does not deal with them much is apparent because those clowns in the body shop treat customers like crap and nothing is done . A simple apology by Matt Bryer would have ended it after the logos were installed . But instead I got lip service . So think twice before going to Galeana Chrysler they did zero to help . More

Responded to an email from the dealership looking for used inventory. I have a 21 Ram coming off lease so decided to check if offer better than just turning it in. Received an offer of $32,690 - $35,720 via their TextiUM Instant Value service - "Prices based on Black Book average to clean trade-in value with an average of 15K miles per year". My truck is above average and less than 45K miles. I made an appointment explaining this was a lease end asking if the offer would be in that range assuming the truck was accurately represented. After confirmation, I went to the dealer and the offer was $30K. The used car manager response was that the offer was a marketing tool and didn't mean anything. Complete waste of my time and shady/dishonest. More

Purchased a Jeep Wrangler from this dealership (Galeana). The Jeep has corrosion on all the hinges/panels, which is a known wrangler issue and under warranty for another 2 years. It requires the panels to be replaced, and re-painted. I called to make an appointment to get it fixed there, they will not back the warranty. They won’t take care of the issue and the lady was extremely rude about it. This is the only dealership for at least an hour that has a body shop and most won’t take it to correct these issues unless you purchased it from them. The dealership continues to sell Wranglers, full aware of this issue, However, they will not back the warranty. It just seems criminal. More

David Scharnweber was honest, extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to buy a mini-van from along with the finance person Angel was fantastic!!
