Unethical, unprofessional and unapologetic for their “mistake” in advertising a price for a used car. Don’t shop here- you will be disappointed!!! More

Thank you for your review. You shopped online from Colorado which means you did your research and found out that our vehicle had the lowest price online and the lowest mileage of any other 2021 Honda CRV Hybrid anywhere in the West at $31,188.00 plus tax and license. The problem was not the fact that we are unethical or even the worst place to buy a car. The problem is that you made us a ridiculous offer $7,000.00 lower than our advertised price and in that offer you made you wanted to include Colorado sales taxes and registration. Nobody will sell you the same vehicle at your ridiculous offer, not even at our advertised price plus tax and license. As for the GPS tracking device, it is a system that we have installed on all of our vehicles in inventory as a theft deterrent which will be removed from any vehicle that a buyer wishes to not pay for it at the time of sale. Good luck in your search for the vehicle that will meet your needs and price requirements.

I purchased a used 2018 Chevy Malibu from Galles Chevrolet used cars on San Mateo back in December of 2022. Since then, I've had to replace the front right suspension. I experienced three blowouts. More

Dear dreamernm, Thank you for your review. Your review is not very accurate, and we would like to address some facts that you have missed from our conversation with you and your mother, the owner of the vehicle. In your conversation with the General Manager, you admitted in front of your mother that you were involved in an accident and because of it you could not drive the vehicle to the dealership to get the items taken care of by the dealership. The General Manager stated to you that he would gladly take care of any mechanical issues with the vehicle either with the service contract your mother purchased or as a customer goodwill act even though your mother purchased the vehicle in 2022. You and your mother agreed that you were going to get the damage repaired from the accident that you were involved in and then you were going to bring the vehicle in to the dealership. At no time did the dealership staff or the General Manager refuse to assist your mother with anything on the vehicle after you repaired the vehicle. The only thing that the General Manager stated to you that you did not like was the fact that he could not speak with you about anything related to the vehicle because you are not the owner. The General Manager did speak with your mother on the phone at which time she agreed to take care of the vehicle’s repairs related to the damage due to you being involved in an accident and after it was repaired, she was going to get the vehicle to us. We will still honor what the General Manager said. Get the vehicle’s damage repaired due to the accident, then get the vehicle to the dealership and the dealership will take care of the non-accident issues. Thank you.

Let's revisit the conversation that my mother and I had with you. You were very dismissive and in my 32 years of customer service I would never treat my customer the way you treated us. Now as for the vehicle being in an accident that is a separate issue that has nothing to do with a mechanics of the vehicle. You guys dropped the boss from the beginning. I just find it very interesting that all the mechanics underneath the car are beginning to either deteriorate or it seems like you sold us a car that was in an accident but never reported. Let your conscience be your guide. I don't need a response from you because it comes from an arrogant place. And I know my business I have a degree in Business, graduated with honors, and have been

Let's not get the story twisted. Your perception about the accident the car was involved in is totally not part of this issue. That is a separate issue that we agreed that we would take care of on our own we didn't ask you for anything regarding the damage to the vehicle on the passenger rear door. So don't try to save face calling my report inaccurate. Also I know a little thing about customer service I've been involved in customer service over 33 years, I have a business degree, and I graduated with honors magna xxx laude. You're not going to tell me that you guys dropped the ball cuz you know you did. Back in the day galles used to be a name you could trust it was a place that you would go and get a quality vehicle. Now it seems like the management of both dealerships in Albuquerque has gone down the tubes. The lax attitudes of your staff, the waiting for something to be done., and the lack of customer interaction and no results speak for itself. , The issue was escalated to general motors in Detroit Michigan . There are laws that protect me from buying a lemon car from you. And don't let your arrogance or your emotions get involved in this situation this is not against you it is against your product. Any professional would know that. I will seek some sort of restitution for this issue. This is absolutely ridiculous having close to three major issues with this vehicle and I'm still not able to drive it to this day. But I sure am paying you guys. So you make choice. In business, you lose credibility when there's a lack of ethics involved think about it..so get your back straight my report is completely accurate and you will not try to make me look like we kept something for you cuz we didn't.. like my dad always says be a man and admit it own it you know you are wrong

The power of word is effective in communication. The power of action is effective in proving credibility. You can try to tell the world that you are the best, that someone else is wrong, or that everything will be okay. But your actions are so much louder than words. It comes down to your credibility and how you sustain that. In my case, I am validated in my review of your dealership. I plan to let everyone know thru word mouth, Internet, local media, and business platform , how I was treated, how it wss handled, and prove why you've lost credibility with me. My grandmother used to say never hide anything because it always comes to light. There's power in my spread of word. In the fast-paced world we live in, sometimes you got to sit back, regroup, and execute. My paper trail of receipts proves my point. Your lack of action speaks volumes and proves my point. I'll I ask is to be treated fairly. An exchange of vehicle is in order. The vehicle I'm in now is proven unsafe and I have the paper trail of receipts to prove it. Put yourself in my shoe. I'm sure you do the same.....

It seems as if the dealership is under the Impresion that the car was involved in an accident and that's why it hindered the car in operable. Let me clarify all of mechanical issues came about while using the car. The accident only caused a cosmetic issue on the back rear passenger door and has nothing to do with the cars mechanical issues. I don't know why you're saying that the cars mechanical issues was due to that accident which it was not. Also, my mother gave you verbal loss authorization to speak on her behalf. Why do you keep saying that I'm not authorized??? My mother gives me full consent to speak on her behalf which was communicated to you on that phone call. You seem to be doing all this running around and dodging the truth to the point of ridiculous. So I just have to clarify your misconception about the cars mechanical issues. The accident cause only cosmetic issues. It was running after the accident till mechanical failure caused it to be inoperable. This leads me to believe the mechanical problems were caused by something else prior to my cars purchase. There are ways to keep a cars issues off the record to make it seem like it was accident free. You carfax on this vehicle could be considered fraudulent and the previous owner could validate it's authenticity.
