My experience with Ganley Chevrolet in Brookpark has been nothing short of excruciating. Our relationship began in 2022 when I leased a Chevy Blazer. In January 2025, I returned that vehicle and leased a bra nothing short of excruciating. Our relationship began in 2022 when I leased a Chevy Blazer. In January 2025, I returned that vehicle and leased a brand-new 2025 Chevy Blazer, which had 300 miles on it at the time. Now, in October 2025, the vehicle is already experiencing serious transmission issues — it will not go in reverse and is extremely difficult to drive forward. I promptly contacted the dealership to report the problem, and they scheduled an appointment for me 10 days later. When I arrived for that appointment, despite having informed them well in advance about the condition of my vehicle, I was told that no loaner cars were available. As a result, I have been without a vehicle for almost two weeks. To make matters worse, I have yet to receive any update from the dealership regarding the status of my car. I have reached out to the finance company several times seeking a resolution, but was told that all they could do was file a complaint. I also contacted Chevrolet customer service, who assured me they would reach out to the dealership for an update and get back to me within 48 hours with a resolution regarding the loaner. Sadly, that 48-hour window has passed with no response. At this point, I can’t help but feel that the Blazer I was leased may not have truly been a new vehicle, but rather one that had been previously owned or defective. Given the serious mechanical issues I’ve faced so soon after leasing it, I’m extremely disappointed and uneasy about the vehicle’s reliability. I no longer feel comfortable or confident driving it for the next three years — especially when traveling out of town. As a loyal, repeat customer, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication, accountability, and concern for my situation. I trusted Chevrolet to provide a safe and reliable vehicle — not one that would leave me stranded and ignored. I sincerely hope Chevrolet and Ganley Chevrolet of Brookpark take this situation seriously and address it promptly. More
