Our car has been here several times for the power sun roof not working and instead of fixing it correctly they decided to give my wife instructions as to how we could program it ourselves when it stops w roof not working and instead of fixing it correctly they decided to give my wife instructions as to how we could program it ourselves when it stops working from now on. This is not the first dealer that has tried to fix this problem but the first that has given us instructions as to how to fix it ourselves. Nice More

I went to the Pre-owned Dealership a few weeks ago. The Salesman I spoke to was herb, which according to his colleagues was the best salesman in the dealership. This was not my experience, I walked into th Salesman I spoke to was herb, which according to his colleagues was the best salesman in the dealership. This was not my experience, I walked into the dealership looking to look at a truck that had been sitting on the lot for over 3 months. Instead of showing me the truck I had set up an appointment they decided to show me 3 different trucks all with higher miles and worse condition. Magically after waiting for over an hour they found the truck I had come to see. After taking the truck for a test drive they were extremely pushy and unpleasant. After Saying that we were interested and willing to buy the truck. Three other associates became involved without introducing themselves or even explaining what they were doing. From all of my other experiences this dealership seemed to check every box for the stereotypes of a SLEAZY SALESMAN. Telling me information that I knew was incorrect and giving the wrong impression of the Truck. I ended up walking away. And I am very Happy I did. However the dealership has continued to go out of their way to call and email me multiple times a day for the past multiple weeks even after saying I was no longer interested. Overall my advice is to avoid this dealership. Some of the false statements -Telling me 15 to 20% tint was legal -Telling me the truck Carfax were incorrect and actually the was a single owner instead of a two owner truck - Attempting to buyout my lease without my permission or knowledge -And much more Don't waste your time unless you want to be yanked around More

Definitely see Eric I was shopping around for a new vehicle that I needed to get ASAP. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find the right one at Martin but would not hesitate I was shopping around for a new vehicle that I needed to get ASAP. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find the right one at Martin but would not hesitate to work with Eric in the future. I've never run into a car salesman who completely broke the mold. No pressure, worked his hardest to get the right price and the right options. And all of this without a sales gimmick. Never felt pressured or that he was trying to lure me in. Truly Excellent Dealership I'd been looking for a pre-owned Grand Cherokee in very good condition for what felt like forever. During this time I dealt with more car dealerships I'd been looking for a pre-owned Grand Cherokee in very good condition for what felt like forever. During this time I dealt with more car dealerships than I care to think about. Some were good, some were awful, and most fell somewhere in between. I happened to stumble upon one at Martin through a CarFax used car search that looked very nice and met most of my requirements. I made a call that evening and ended up talking to Ken, who answered my questions and listened to my concerns. I live a few hours away, and Ken seemed to actually care that I didn't drive all that way just to go home unhappy. The next day I set off, not knowing if the nice vehicle in the photos would look just as good in real life. Well, I wasn't disappointed. The vehicle looked very nice in person, and I felt like Ken had given me an objectively honest assessment of the vehicle's condition. I took it for a test drive, and was happy with everything. We were able to negotiate a fair price, and I made the purchase. Paul in the finance department is also a very nice guy. All in all, I could not have been more satisfied with the transaction, and all of the employees I encountered while at Martin. More
