It was a quick seemless transaction - I went to dealership on Monday, took delivery of new vehicle on Friday. All staff I dealt with were professional, courteous and factual. Of course, I arrived at dealership 95% certain of the model I intended to purchase.

The reason I rate these two gentelemen as great is because both provided the most excellent customer service their is. I came to the dealer unsure about my decision to make on a new vechicle and when I left the dealer I was confident about everything they put me into a car that im more then happy with and with payments that are affordable.

My Review of Garden State Honda:
Bought a 2010 Honda CRV from this place. Great experience so far! The process was very smooth. The car wasn't available when I first went in, but they made the deal and located the car within 3 days, and Tim followed up every day with me to give a status update on the car. Also had great experience with Ali Ranjha, the finance manager.
Tim also followed up the day after we bought the car, to see if we have any questions.

Incredible service. This is a professional place of business. The sales person and manager (Marc) were honest, sincere, patient, and helpful. We luckily chose to go to Garden Stae Honda first. After viewing the cars and receiving the price we visited other places to see if the price was competitive. It was very competitive, in fact it was the best. But what we found was wheeling and dealing and exhaustive conversations, quite the opposite from the professionalism at Garden State Honda.
I confidently recommend Garden State Honda.

Lier Lier
I made a phone call yesterday evening to make sure the vehicle was in stock.
Greg answered the phone and said yes. Later another internet consultant called me to confirm the appointment.
I went to the dealership this moring and found that vehicle had been picked up yesterday. It was ordered the day before yesterday.
Lier Lier again. Strongly NOT recommended!

I had a wonderful purchasing experience with Alwyn Douglas from beginning to end...My only complaint is with the manager, cannot remember his name...I told them that i had lost my title and they said "no problem, just sign a power of attorney" i did the same day and then they told me when i picked up my new car that i had to immediately rush to motor vehicle and get a duplicate...it cost me $60.00, three hours work and i had to run back to the dealer to get them the title....not a professional way to do business...i lost money and work time...

My Review of Garden State Honda:
I found a used car online posted as an internet special on the dealer's website. I came to the dealership to take a look at the car but found out it was in the shop. Mike showed me a similar car but I was already settled on the one I found online. Mike was understanding and so we discussed a deal for the car that was posted online. I felt slightly pressured into signing a non-refundable down payment on the car but I feel that Carlos was truthful in telling me the car was a popular item. Later on when I came back to make the final sale on the car Carlos was nice enough to honor the coupon on the website for 200 dollars as well as allow me to put more on credit card. Mike also helped me out by letting me park my old car at the dealership till I could pick it up the next day. However, I felt that the final sale of the car took longer than it should have because I had to wait over an hour before I was attended to. The dealer does honor their internet price without any hassle which is why I recommend it.
