MY TOTAL EXPERIENCE AT PARAMUS HONDA WAS WONDERFUL , I WALKED IN . WAS GREETED BY JIMMY "D" , SAT DOWN AND HE PUT A GREAR DEAL THAT I COULD NOT REFUSE . NOW I OWN A 2008 HONDA CIVIC SI , AND WOULD RECOMMNEDED THE DEALERSHIP AND SALEAMAN TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY .

My Review of Garden State Honda:
These guys are scums. They got an advance down payment from me and when I went in to buy the car the next day they said that I need to purchase an insurance program from them or otherwise I wouldn't get a loan. They made me pay $3000 for that insurance for 3 years and said that the unused part is refundable anytime. Now I have completed my car payments in a year and applied for a refund of the unused part, but they wont do it. They made me wait for 2 hours in the office and then asked me come again. The next time they made me wait another couple of hours all to just have a couple of forms filled out. Now it has been more than 3 months since I applied for the refund and they still haven't refunded and they wont even return my phone calls. This is plain right stealing money. Wonder why Honda even allows them to have a dealership. Be careful when you deal with them. They are simply thieves.

all lies ,not a care in the world .they sell a great car ,their service is terrible,I wouldn t recommande it ,and I did 4 times.
they deserve to go out of business.They promess me a graet deal on papper it look good but as you look into it you find out how bad the deal is ,like getting the worst present with the best wrapping papper.....

I am sorry that you are unsatisfied with your purchase. From the conversation we had after your purchase you mentioned to me that you were very happy with your experience of leasing a vehicle from us but then later became upset because you felt you paid too much in interest charges on the lease. Once again I hope that you will understand that it is the bank (in this case American Honda Lease Trust) that determines the interest and is the one to receive it, not the dealerships. The only thing that the dealerships control is the selling price, which we agreed to lower to get to the payment that you desired. With that being said I can understand it being a problem if this was not properly explained to you during your purchase and my offer to make it up to you still stands. Please do not hesistate to call on me if you think of anything I can do for you in the future. I hope that we can make things right as your satisfaction is important to me. Thanks

My Review of Garden State Honda:
I've purchased my last two Accords at GS Honda in Passaic and have been taking them there regularly for scheduled maintenance...for several years now. Aside from their impressive deals and sales reps, the quality of service I recieve there is always superb. Like any satisfied and loyal customer would, I continue to schedule my visits with the same service rep...Natasha Best. She's very attentive, courteous and accomodates my needs while I wait. Her professionalism and knowledge of cars always has me leaving a satisfied customer. She is truly an asset to the dealership and gives Honda a great name. I highly recommend this dealership and Natasha Best for your service needs.

Everyone was helpful and made the experience pleasant, as we all know buying a car can be tough and scary and car salesmen can be dishonest but I felt very comfortable with everyone and that they were not trying to rip me off. Since then people call and we feel that we are taken care of

My Review of Garden State Honda:
The entire experience was extremely pleasant. It took only one day to drive home with the new vehicle. The sales consultant David Russo provided an exceptional customer service he is professional, personable, and knowledgeable.
In addition, the finance department also earned A+ rating.
The entire staff created atmosphere where customer feels welcome.
We would definitely recommend this dealership and Honda product to our friends.

My Review of Garden State Honda:
While I am happly with the car and deal I got, the main complaint I have is with wrong information from the internet department. I did all of my negotiating via the internet. The day came when I was ready to buy, and the internet sales department gave me a great price quote. Unfortunately, he did not check the inventory on the computer to see that the color vehicle I wanted was in stock. He told me they had the color in stock, and I came with my checkbook only to find out that car was "sold yesterday". I ended up buying a different color for a few hundred dollars less. Needless to say, I am happy with the car. I feel like I got a great price compared to "what others are paying" on the Edmunds site. The salesman (Jimmy) was very friendly, and I received the promotional APR that was advertised from the finance department. Like all dealerships, they tried to throw in gap insurance, window etching, etc... but I stood firm and had my monthly payments calculated before I came in so I knew what they should be.

My Review of Garden State Honda:
My experience at Garden State Honda was very informative, all the questions were answered fully, and Jacob took the time to cover every detail. He was a kind gentleman who was not pushy and I felt he was truly looking for a vehicle that would fit my needs. The entire staff there was very friendly and easy to talk to, while Jacob checked on different things for me, there was always someone that would make conversation, ask if I would like a beverage or make converstion with my children. The Garden State Honda Staff were all very courteous. I would definately recommend to get a car from this dealership.

My Review of Garden State Honda:
I was there for a defect in cosmetics on my new 2008 Honda Accord v6. It was fixed but should not have been an issue in the first place. The rear door panels (trim) were separated from the roof lining displaying gaps and shreds from where the fabric was cut. I could see metal framin from inside my new car.

The service I received was absolutely great!!! I never had to deal with high pressure tactics and everything was done low key!!!! David and this dealership clearly took my requests into considereation which was why we could do a deal. I would definitely recommend this dealership!!!
