In today's world, this is essential to have in your vehicle especially if you're traveling on the road, I drove 25 minutes and stopped into the service center at Garvey. I went inside and saw a lady by the name of Corinne. After a few moments, she came outside and told me where the fuses were. (Passenger side) I took them out and they were not burned. She said I would have to have a diagnostic test done,cost $119. I said maybe those were not the correct fuses. She said she will check with a technician. In the meantime, I went over to parts and saw a Jeff who looked at my service manual and confirmed those are the fuses. I spoke to Corrine again and the technician confirmed that those were the correct fuses. Next week was the only time they could perform the diagnostic test for $119 minimum. I couldn't wait that long and drove over to Warren Tire who I have used before. The manager was busy but told me to wait. I waited 5 minutes he came out opened the hood and took out a 25 burnt amp. He went back in the shop, put in a new fuse and I was back in business. The charge, zero. Incompetency should not be tolerated at Garvey. Three employees all agreed that the fuses were in the panel box on passenger side. If you're not positive, get a technician who knows. I could have replaced the fuse there in five minutes.
