AMAZING I had an unbelievable experience here at Gary Rome Hyundai in Hokyoke Ma. The selection of cars that I was looking to purchase was large, the facility I had an unbelievable experience here at Gary Rome Hyundai in Hokyoke Ma. The selection of cars that I was looking to purchase was large, the facility itself was very nice and clean and the staff....I cannot say enough good things about everyone there. Many employees greeted us and acknowledged our daughter (2months old). The gentleman Pauli Bonavita who helped us with our purchase was by far the most helpful, understanding, truthful and patient car salesman I have ever encountered. I will without a doubt reccomend Gary Rome Hyundai to any and everyone I know because of my great experience here. Thank you for putting out now family of 3 in a safe, sporty, affordable suv! More

Best sales experience I have ever had My wife and I came to Gary Rome to check out our options regarding either buying or leasing a new car. We had a few months left on our current lease. My wife and I came to Gary Rome to check out our options regarding either buying or leasing a new car. We had a few months left on our current lease. We explained our financial situation and with the help of our salesman Jack Eisenstadt and Glenn Call, we were able to lease a 2017 Hyundai Elantra and they also paid off the remainder of our current leased vehicle. Jack was very friendly, kind, and considerate. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the features and options of the different models, which helped up decide on which model was best for our us. Glenn was instrumental in working with us on the financial aspect and created a deal which worked for us. Glenn was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Both Glenn and Jack seemed genuinely interested in helping us find a solution to both obtaining a beautiful car and also meeting our financial needs. Both Glenn and Jack were wonderful to work with and we had a very positive experience because of them. Very Positive Experience I dread the whole experience of buying a car, especially after having a frustrating time with another area dealer. Gary Rome Hyundai had some cash inc I dread the whole experience of buying a car, especially after having a frustrating time with another area dealer. Gary Rome Hyundai had some cash incentives on clearing out 2017 models that made me consider a new car vs. a used car. With a few negotiations I received a good price with a decent amount offered for my trade-in. Salesman Kevin C. was polite and knowledgeable and did his best on my behalf. Different financing options were explained and I never felt pressured to buy. The paperwork wrapped up just before closing time and Kevin C. still took his time showing me all the buttons and features on the dashboard even though by now everyone at the dealership had gone home. I am very satisfied with my experience and love my new Santa Fe Sport. More
