Love Gateway Automotive - Devoted Customer for Life!!!!!!! We had been considering different makes and models over the last year. After visiting with multiple dealerships throughout North Dakota, South Dakota We had been considering different makes and models over the last year. After visiting with multiple dealerships throughout North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota, our frustration working with these individuals had been at a "all time high". On a whim, my husband decided to look at the 2017 Equinox at Gateway. From the very beginning Jeremy Jenson treated him with the upmost respect and didn't play any "games" he had experienced with other car dealers. When I finally arrived, Jeremy explained every feature of the vehicle, was extremely patience with our questions but also considerate of our time. He never seemed rushed or ready to get us "on our way", so he could sell additional cars that day. He worked hard to find us the best deal and even went out of his way to find a charger cord for our teenager daughters "cell phone" and find the right TV station to keep her happy. We are now devoted Gateway customers for life and will continue to sing the praises of Jeremy. Thank you. More

He answered all my questions including those about financing so that I would have a clear idea of what the cost would be and how I could pay for it. He explained all the benefits of me and how they would be good in my area. A day and a test drive later, I drove away with a new Cruz and I am happy with my new car. This just cements my impression of this dealership being helper and a good place to go. More
Not a Valued Customer I normally come from out of town to get my car serviced at Gateway. Today I came for an oil change and was told it would take an hour and fifteen minu I normally come from out of town to get my car serviced at Gateway. Today I came for an oil change and was told it would take an hour and fifteen minutes. After an hour and fourty five minutes I asked how much longer and was told another twenty minutes. I ended up having to reschedule two appointments I had made In town and didn't leave for over two hours. Wasn't even thanked on my way out. Will be taking my future car purchases and services elsewhere from now on. More

We hit a price point that I was happy with, and I've been ecstatic about the purchase, especially since this is my first car that I bought myself rather than the hand-me-down I was driving previously. My dealer and financial adviser were both very professional. Neither of them pressured me to buy (or even said anything resembling a question about that); they just sat down with me and talked about my options, and on the second day after coming in, I drove away in my Impala. I can't wait to continue using it and would definitely come back here for any future car needs. More

I was very pleased with the amount of information I was able to find about the car just from the site. Lots of pictures with different views, lists of every spec you'd want to know about, Car Fax easy to find, everything you'd want to know. I'm a huge researcher, so this is very important to me. After determining from the website that that was the vehicle that I'd like to get, I scheduled an appointment with Alex to take a look at it. He had everything ready to go when I got there and we wasted no time. I never once felt rushed through the process, and he was very knowledgeable about the features of the car. The entire process ran very smoothly, and I even got a decent trade in value for my old car. Overall I'd highly recommend Gateway Fargo, and am very happy with the service I received overall. More
