After learning the replacement engine needed to fix the car was back ordered for months we realized the time had come for us to move to a larger vehicle for our growing family. We were soon introduced to Tim who quickly gave a frazzled couple peace of mind. Tim was calm, and reassuring through the whole process. He worked with us to make sure we got the best deal that worked with our budget, and often reminded us that we needed to do what worked for us, even if that meant coming back another day. On a whim, my husband decided to look at the 2017 Equinox at Gateway. From the very beginning Jeremy Jenson treated him with the upmost respect and didn't play any "games" he had experienced with other car dealers. When I finally arrived, Jeremy explained every feature of the vehicle, was extremely patience with our questions but also considerate of our time. He never seemed rushed or ready to get us "on our way", so he could sell additional cars that day. He worked hard to find us the best deal and even went out of his way to find a charger cord for our teenager daughters "cell phone" and find the right TV station to keep her happy.
