I already wrote a review. Service sucked. Didn’t get my tires rotated cause the tech couldn’t find the bolt for my tires. It was in my car and had they texted me about it like Service sucked. Onstar notified me that my car needed service. The service engine light was NOT on when I brought it in, but I had received multiple messages so I brought it in as directed. When I arrived for pic The service engine light was NOT on when I brought it in, but I had received multiple messages so I brought it in as directed. When I arrived for pickup the light was on. Not due to a car issue, but due to the careless missed step of someone working on the car. It was on because the service department didn't put things back together properly (as stated by a person in the service department). I pointed out the light before i could leave. How did they think that was OK to give it back with the light on saying all is good. Careless. This is why I stopped taking my cars to midway and now this service department isn't any better. It's a dealership, they should be capable of better than to not put things back together wrong. My car has under 1000 miles on it. That was ridiculous. More
