After making an appointment days in advance and advising the service department upon arrival that I would be waiting for the vehicle it was THREE HOUR After making an appointment days in advance and advising the service department upon arrival that I would be waiting for the vehicle it was THREE HOURS AFTER the appointment time they finally took the vehicle in for a basic oil change.
