Bought 2020 Sorento SX. Buying experience poor and really should have walked out rather than closing. AM radio went out after about 5 months. Dealership kept 2 1/2 weeks to "diagnose". Then, ordere really should have walked out rather than closing. AM radio went out after about 5 months. Dealership kept 2 1/2 weeks to "diagnose". Then, ordered Korean part that took 2+ months. Radio worked for about 3 months. Their answer now, bring it in, drop it off, they may look at it after 2 days or so and decide what to do. Will go to a different Kia dealer to fix the problem. We will not darken Gay Kia's door again and it is highly unlikely that anyone we talk to will, either. More
