Thank you for taking the time to respond. My car is at a dealership here in DFW for repair. The service advisor stated that it’s a known issue with a part on the strut (I believe). Unless you stock the part needed, you most likely wouldn’t have been able to work on it anyway. I just would’ve preferred that the repair be handled by a Ford dealership, not AutoNation. I will definitely return for oil changes. Have a great day.
