This dealership has terrible service policies. If you make an appointment for an evaluation of av problem they will ask you to leave the car for a week before they will even look at it. I don’t understan make an appointment for an evaluation of av problem they will ask you to leave the car for a week before they will even look at it. I don’t understand the purpose of the appointment if they aren’t even going to look at it for a week and you need to leave the vehicle to maintain your place in line. Horrible... brought my car in there January 30 2021. Got it out March 19 5:30pm. I kept getting text from them stating that it would be ready each Friday.. no one called I had to follow up. Had to call my insurance company to get my car from the Ford body shop. I have a Toyota Camry. Went I picked it up the bumper was a different on than what I had ... no one told me. ... very bad customer service from GM The bill was over $6000. Car a/c did not work had a/c repaired somewhere else cost $1200. What a horrible experience. I don’t wish this on anyone. You can bet I am in touch with my insurance company to get them off my insurance preferred list. More

I called to get a price check on a service and service rep. said they would have to call me back with the concerns about follow up customer service. Two days later and no call from the dealer, so I cancelled a scheduled oil change I had for Jan. 5th. I had forgot that this was the main reason I quit doing business with them. I had my car towed to the body shop and when I went to check on it, I noticed that there was a cat living in it. I notified the shop employees and they reassured me that they would seal up the windows so check on it, I noticed that there was a cat living in it. My car turned out to be totalled, so when I returned to remove my personal belongings I opened the trunk and pieces of the car were laying on top of my personal belongings, I had some new clothes and important paperwork that were ruined. I called to talk to the GM and I was told that I had to speak to the body shop manager first, I again asked to talk to the GM and I was told that he would call me back. He never returned my call, but the body shop Manager called me and asked me "So what do you want me to do about it " I would not recommend this place. More
