Scheduled my vehicle for a rumble sound in the rear end of my vehicle. When I left my vehicle I pointed out that my husband had done some research online and found a KIA service bulletin that others were having the same issue and it was AWD coupler. I left my vehicle at about 9:00 am and around 1:51 pm received a call that my vehicle was ready and no issues were found. When I picked up my vehicle I was told by Priscilla that the technician was unable to duplicate the sound. When I entered my vehicle the mileage showed they didn’t even drive my car 1 mile. I told Priscilla that the noise was happening often, she then offered to have the technician take a ride with us after waiting for 45 minutes I could wait no longer we let another service advisor know we had to leave as my husband needed to back at home for his home health nurse was coming at 3:00 pm to draw lab. We also showed the service advisor the KIA bulletin on the issue and he said he would leave our case open and have Priscilla call us back. We have yet to hear from her.
