I went to Generation Kia to purchase a new car. Rob G helped me select the perfect model for my needs. I test drove 2 cars within MY guidelines and was able to make the decision to go with the 5 door Rio. Rob never made me feel pressured to buy nor did I ever feel he was in it just for the sale. When I picked up my new car Rob took the time to go over all the bells and whistles in the car. He ensured I felt comfortable and confident using and understanding all the new technologies ...even setting up my blue tooth for me! Rob also made sure the car was detailed up to his standards reviewing the interior before handing the keys over. I was also pleasently surprised and impressed to see they had given me a full tank if gas in my Rio! We had a horrible experience with a Nissan 112 dealer down the road, the night before, and were upset and still not over how poorly treated we were. Jason and the staff at Kia were so pleasant and professional to work with! It was such a relief! We didn't feel like we were being taken advantage of or robbed like we did at the other dealer.
