Service took over 3 hours for basic 30k maintenance (told 2). Multiple customers in the waiting area were in the same boat and extremely unhappy. They broke my aftermarket lights, returned my car without a passenger mat, left the dirty plastic seat cover and driver side mat protector in my car (I had to dispose of it), and the car wash was a joke - lefts streaks and dirt all over my car. Furthermore - good luck getting anyone they phone. Their main number goes to a different dealership and when they transfer you to genesis - it hangs up. I have never had such a poor experience at a Genesis dealer. My Buisness will be going to Schaumburg which provided A+ service. More
