First & foremost, I have been an Audi driver for the past 9 years & to be honest, I did not feel that a Genesis would ever be on my short list of vehicles. I've driven Benz, BMW Lexus etc., & although I love my Audi, something finally pushed me to test drive a GV80 Prestige (Perhaps its due to all of the head turning I have done when I come across one of these beauty's on the road) Bottom line, I'm in love The car is not only gorgeous, but also drives incredibly smooth- not to mention the loads of safety options & technology. Genesis definitely went all out on this one, & I am the proud beneficiary of that creation. Now, don't get me wrong, I was mostly sold on everything I have mentioned here so far, but I was a bit reluctant on pulling the trigger as my research showed concerns with owners having their vehicles serviced at a Hyundai facility. Not saying that should be a bad thing, but IMO, a luxury vehicle of this magnitude should be serviced but techs that know this vehicle inside & out & the ambiance should speak to you as well - ergo, Genesis of Englewood & Jeff... From the moment I walked into the showroom up to meeting Jeff after our brief phone call - I was totally impressed. What a beautiful location & par for the course with this car. Jeff was very professional & did not beat around the bush about anything-His no nonsense full disclosure approach made me an immediate customer- he was wonderful, but the car did add leverage as well lol. What I truly appreciated was that he clarified before having me drive an hour to their location that there were no hidden fees - I truly appreciated that truth as a refreshing start to a straightforward discussion. Truth be told, a previous deal that I was entertaining on the same vehicle with another dealer started off that way until the paperwork came out & illustrated $5k+ in extras... No thank you. The entire team at Englewood proved that sales does have to have to be a dirty word. My compliments to Jeff, Matthew & Steve the service manager. A wonderful experience coupled with a wonderful car - can't ask for anything more. Come by Genesis of Englewood - & ask for Jeff, you will be happy you did. More

I `purchased my 2022 Genesis 80 at a different location, so this was my first time at the Englewood location. I came for my scheduled maintenance. I was totally impressed!! The showroom, the personnel, the professionalism and the friendliness was exceptional. I highlight Neysha....from her warm welcome to her hospitality and personal care, she made me feel like a VIP. I `have always been very satisfied with my Genesis vehicle, but as a previous owner of Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar...candidly, until the Englewood experience, I felt that the showroom and service facility fell short in the "luxury" experience. No more! I will now have no reticence in recommending Genesis to friends...and heartily suggesting they do business at the Englewood location! More
