I brought my G37X in for service on Saturday 10/15 and received a loaner car. I was getting an oil change and tire rotation. I returned to the dealership a few hours later to pick up the car and noticed received a loaner car. I was getting an oil change and tire rotation. I had good luck money of around $50 under a portable navigation unit in the console which was taken by someone in their service department. They offered to give me $50, but I refused because it's not the same $50 I had, being a superstitious individual. They are also offering a $100 towards service, but who wants to go back there after that experience. Bottom line is don't bring your car for service at Pepe Infiniti in White Plains. I have never experienced this before with any other dealership. More

This wasn't the first car that we bought from the dynamic duo of Jeff and Percy. They are extremely knowlegable about the cars they sell. Even after the sale is done I always know that I could go back to see duo of Jeff and Percy. They are extremely knowlegable about the cars they sell. The only reason that I am posting is in response to the negative comments in regards to Adelson. My husband and I leased a car in February of this year and found Adelson & everyone else at Pepe to be fair negative comments in regards to Adelson. I just start by saying I do not like buying if I think I have to negotiate to get the best deal. I was shocked that the initial price I was given for my lease of a 2011 G37x was well below what many closer dealers were willing to do so I was very skeptical. I put together the entire deal via telephone and email with Christine and then Matt for the delivery. Both pieces were a dream. Both cared about the experience and the product they were selling. I have never been so well treated before by any car dealer (and I have leased many cars). I will gladly take the trip back to them for all future car purchases. The dealership should be proud to have them. More

Following a very pleasurable experience leasing a 2008 Infiniti G35X from Pepe Infiniti of White Plains, I was recently invited into the dealership to discuss new leasing options. As my wife and I have been under the stress of some financial hardship, we were concerned about whether we would be able to continue our relationship with Pepe and if a new lease was even possible. It was at this time that I was fortunate enough to be directed to Andy Jarash, who not only took the time to listen to my various considerations and concerns, but made it clear he would do his best to work with us not only to remain Pepe Infiniti clients, but help us secure the best deal on a new Infiniti lease that would cater to our circumstances. As we proceeded through our decision making process, Mr. Jarash worked diligently during the course of two or three days to respond to various inquiries, all of which he handled with patience, great expertise and humor. I would also be most remiss if I did not mention that Mr. Jarash's immediate supervisor Jeff (I don't recall his last name) was instrumental in helping us reach a lease deal that enabled us to happily drive off in a 2011 G37X Sedan, the updated and improved version of the model we so enjoyed driving for the previous 3 years. Being a customer Pepe Infiniti of White Plains has been a great experience, and I'm grateful we will be able to continue that relationship. It is a friendly establishment which is upscale, but not aloof. My compliments to General Sales Manager Michael Fell who also takes the time to make sure every customer who has transacted business with Pepe is satisfied. Even after you leave the dealership with your new vehicle, the level of service is so accomodating that you don't want to have to do business elsewhere; it spoils you. More

Buying a car at Pepe was an incredible experience. When you step into the showroom the atmosphere is a very warm and friendly one. We met Andy who was the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He went the extra mile to make sure that everything was taken care of before we left with the car. He was reachable even after we bought it if we had any questions. In the first week, a nail went into one of the tires and Pepe took care of it in an instant. They even washed the car and as I waited in their comfortable lounge. Our 9 year old son was so impressed that he just wanted to go to the showroom to hang out check out other cars. I highly recommend asking for Andy when you go there. I am sure everyone else is equally a pleasure to work with. More
