Genesis of White Plains

I bought a pre-owned car from Pepe Infinity and the salesperson was elderly and a gentleman. I picked up the car and noticed it was not waxed or detailed. I started driving the car home noticing they didn't fill it with gas and had to return to bring it to their attention. I drove the car home noticing the front end was wobbly. I called the salesperson that day and he told me to bring it back down for them to inspect my claim. Instead of driving an hour each way for them to balance the wheels, I had a local shop balance the four tires for $50 confirming they were out of balance. A week or so later, I drove the car on a 70 mile trip and noticed a noise from the right rear end coil spring while going over a speed bump. I did a visual check and everything looked good. I heard the noise again under similar conditions and was more cautious while driving since I was going to have it checked during the 40k transmission service. It was fine while driving on the highway and on regular road conditions. At the transmission service the Mercedes mechanic test drove the car and told me I had a cracked spring. He confirmed I would only hear the noise under certain conditions and the crack was not visible being under the cup of the spring. I called my salesperson to report the problem and ask them about correcting it since I only put 1,500 miles on the car after leaving the dealership. He told me they inspected the car and insisted the problem didn't exist when I picked it up. I was not surprised at Pepe Infiti's position because while you are a customer in buying the car, after the sale it is the dealership who is always right and not the customer. Rather than listen to an honest customer the used car manager hid behind the warranty instead of doing the right thing in fixing the problem for the customer. My story is factual and I would caution anyone buying a pre-owned car from Pepe Infiniti. More

These guys are the real deal. The salesperson was knowledgable, respectful, and patient. There was no hard-sell. I actually had chosen to lease an Acura from a different dealership but the deal they knowledgable, respectful, and patient. There was no hard-sell. There was even some confusion when it came to sign the lease documents on my Infiniti about some specifics of my deal. They liostened calmly, brought in all parties involved, listened to the discrepancies, and MADE GOOD ON EVERY PROMISE they had made me during the sales process. It was refreshing to see car salesmen be so straightforward and honest. There is hope for this industry after all! You will find it at Pepe! More

My experience was completely positive from the moment I walked in until I drove off with my new car a few days later. There were no high pressure sales tactics which was extremeley important to me. I was able to look around and test drive two cars without any hassles. Andy was extremely patient and was very informative about both cars. Andy gave me all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. I had never spent so much time in one dealership. Not only was Andy helpful (he even walked me out in the pouring rain) but also met his manager Jeff who was equally nice and wanted to make sure I had a positive experience. Once again no pressure sales. As a smart consumer I had decided at the onset to test drive four different cars but my experiences with the competitors were not positive. In the end I bought from the people I trusted and knew I was getting a good, fair price. I received follow up phone calls to find out how the car was running and if I had any questions on the car. I have owned 4 cars until this point and have never received any follow up calls. This experience at Pepe with Andy has changed my opinion (for the better) of car salesman.
