Ummm, we did talk, remember? You said I had aftermarket steering components and Pitman arm. Remember? I told you I bought it from you with those components. Yes, I did put a lift on it but did nothing to the steering. You also told me that the vehicle isn't made to be lifted and bigger tires, this dumbfounded me. The steering box that was on it when I bought it from you was failing, unsafe and subject to a TSB for my year vehicle, The TSB stated if it's an alum housing, change it out if the customer complains about wandering steering, don't do anything if they don't and if the lift isn't dealer installed, deny the claim. You told me something about me having to changing out the steering components before anything can be done. ?? You did do the oil change I didn't need though. I NEVER said wanted it changed out under warranty, I didn't want, or expect, anything free. I had only had the vehicle less than a year, lifted for 6 months and total mileage since I bought it was about 4500 miles. these things don't wear out that fast. It wandered back when I first bought it but thought I'd get used to it since it was new to me and a different set up from my 05 Rubicon. I find out this was not the case after my first encounter with 'death wobble'. So much for buying a 'Certified' used Jeep.I am a long time Jeep owner and you have soured me on ever getting another. I didn't get to talk about even a price to get it fixed out of my pocket, the few days of leaving voicemail messages that don't get returned trying to find out what was going on with my vehicle got so frustrating I had had it, my wife tried to get through and had the same luck, none. After that I just wanted my Jeep back. I called another dealership, more local to me, and the phone was picked up on the third ring, I was transfered to Service and the phone was picked up on the third ring. Quite the difference. Don't bother replying, I am finished.

Of course, the dealer immediately responds to the negative review offering to make it right. They use all the standard platitudes (they actually have tutorials on how to do this: https://www.edmunds.com/dealers/dealer-resources/how-car-dealerships-should-respond-to-negative-reviews.html). But they expect me to contact them, even though it is very clear who I am (how many Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xes do they currently have in the service center that have been there for 7+ weeks). I took the initiative to call, but is anybody really surprised that I still cannot get anybody on the phone?

I believe there should be more employees like Sarah and her customer service skills.I worked for Home Depot for 32 years retiring almost two years ago.I was taught to take care of the customer on a daily basis.I enjoy going to Gengras as i have most of my jeeps from you when Joe Goffa used to work there and that was a while back.This last jeep i did not because Gengras had nothing in my price range.But i am going yo bring my 2921 jeep sahara JL to your service department for service.Thank You and Sarah did a great job communicating with me.Great job .😊😊😊
