After my recent fuel‑filter service, the technician failed to fully reattach the fuel line. As a result, my truck broke down in the middle of a busy intersection at roughly 30 mph. I had to push an 8,000‑lb truck out of traffic and wait nearly two hours for a tow back to the dealership. When I arrived, the service associate simply said “mistakes happen” and showed very little concern for the safety risk or the massive inconvenience this caused. No refund was offered. I had to request a partial refund myself, even though a full refund should have been automatic given the severity of the error. Basic items were also missed, such as adjusting tire pressures after the rotation, which makes me question what else was overlooked. Since the incident, my truck now smells strongly of diesel—around the vehicle, inside the cab, and through the vents when the air is on. A full detail and cleaning should have been offered immediately. This experience has completely eroded my trust in this service department. I won’t be returning. More

I took my vehicle in to be fixed and I paid well over 400 dollars and they had told me it was fixed and it was not fixed so I took it back and they told me it was fixed again and it was also not fixed and th dollars and they had told me it was fixed and it was not fixed so I took it back and they told me it was fixed again and it was also not fixed and then i took it a third time and they were wanting to charge me over 600 dollars to fix it when they did not know what was wrong with it and it is still not fixed.
