My visit to George Gee Kia initially was to have my 2011 Kia Sorento serviced. While I was there, I saw Brandon, who was my salesman. I had wanted to discuss refinancing my car. He was busy with another client as he is now the finance manager so he let me know that he would be with me soon. As I continued to wait for my car, I was approached by Curtis. He explained that Brandon had alerted him to my need and that he felt that they might be able to do something better than refinance. I was not so easily convinced that I needed to be looking for a new car as I had only purchased mine a year ago. Besides. I LOVE my Sorento. I was curious at what he had to offer, so we started the process. We looked at some Sorentos and we found a good fit. As Brandon started finding a great deal, Curtis took my daughter and I to lunch at the Sage Bistro, a nice little deli next door. When we came back, a deal was made and I was going home in a 2013 Sorento with nice upgrades. Will had the paperwork ready and answered all questions with easily understandable answers.
Later, I brought the car back for the LuxCare treatment and I was treated very well by Robby and Frank in the service dept. They had Jake, a lot attendant, to shuttle me home. He was very nice to talk to and returned to pick me up a lot earlier than I was expecting my car to be ready. Everyone at George Gee Kia were knowledgeable and very friendly. They have made me a repeat customer and we will certainly return.
