I want to say a special thank you to your service manager for his dealings with my Kia. I had a touchy issue with my warranty and he helped greatly in making sure the vehicle was covered and repaired. I appreciated his time AND his staff for making sure it was fixed and fixed correctly as I have had problems before. Sean and Robbie; thank you I will purchase my next Kia through Mr. Gee's dealerships.

Went to your tent sale in Bellingham where you offer a stupid key with a 95,000 to 1 shot of winning! Then you give a number with a winner on every ticket (more scam)that you will get a mp3 player!Yet when you get their you say you have run out!You are a typical scam outfit!!!

We were looking for a car that was more fuel efficient and around the same payment that we had on our vehicle. We had driven by George Gee many times and thought we would give them a try and I am so glad we did. We were greeted right away by Curtis who was friendly, professional and very low pressure. We walked around the lot and explained to him what we were looking for and the payment we wanted. He listened, was considerate and helped guide us to a 2013 Soul. Although my husband was not sold on the Soul initially, Curtis was honest and straight forward and let us take our time. He helped us fill out paperwork for financing, took us on a great test drive and really was our advocate when it came for time for making a deal and getting us a screaming deal on a brand new car. Rocky, in finance, was friendly and low pressure during the signing and helped walk us through everything we were signing. We had our three year old son with us and there was a great corner with toys and games for him to play in that was clean and safe. When my son said he was hungry, another salesperson there saw he was hungry and went and made him a sandwich and got him a bottle of water. The entire time we were there, we felt like Curtis and every member of their crew went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable and truly cared about giving us the best car buying experience possible. We have had our 2013 KIA Soul for four days now and it is the very best car we have ever owned. We highly and wholeheartedly recommend George Gee, Curtis and Rocky and will definitely buy from them again.

My visit to George Gee Kia initially was to have my 2011 Kia Sorento serviced. While I was there, I saw Brandon, who was my salesman. I had wanted to discuss refinancing my car. He was busy with another client as he is now the finance manager so he let me know that he would be with me soon. As I continued to wait for my car, I was approached by Curtis. He explained that Brandon had alerted him to my need and that he felt that they might be able to do something better than refinance. I was not so easily convinced that I needed to be looking for a new car as I had only purchased mine a year ago. Besides. I LOVE my Sorento. I was curious at what he had to offer, so we started the process. We looked at some Sorentos and we found a good fit. As Brandon started finding a great deal, Curtis took my daughter and I to lunch at the Sage Bistro, a nice little deli next door. When we came back, a deal was made and I was going home in a 2013 Sorento with nice upgrades. Will had the paperwork ready and answered all questions with easily understandable answers.
Later, I brought the car back for the LuxCare treatment and I was treated very well by Robby and Frank in the service dept. They had Jake, a lot attendant, to shuttle me home. He was very nice to talk to and returned to pick me up a lot earlier than I was expecting my car to be ready. Everyone at George Gee Kia were knowledgeable and very friendly. They have made me a repeat customer and we will certainly return.

We had just taken back a vehicle to another dealership (Appleway Audi/VW) because of the lack of service after the sale and the lack of caring that they had. On our way home we decided to stop at the Kia dealership to check out what Kia Souls they had available. We are not new to the car buying experience, so we knew what to expect; the pressure to buy. So when we met Erin, she was friendly, kind, and attentive to our needs and our financial situation. She answered all of our questions and let us try out many different cars before we decided to go with a Forte Eco instead of the Soul. Erin NEVER once pressured us for a sale. She treated us like family, like a friend. Everyone that helped us out that night was fantastic! It was a very wonderful experience and will definitely recommend Erin at the Liberty Lake Kia!

I walked in and asked for help and I sure got what I asked for. I sat down with Zach and basically had a consultation with him. He guided me to my car within the first 15 minutes. I explored other options but was very happy with the Kia Soul. The process from beginning to end was simple and I wasn't pressured in any way. I found everyone to be kind and professional. I recently purchased a new kia from George Gee Kia in liberty lake.... my salesman was Zach Lari he was very knowledgeable about the kia and made the car buying experience a fun and exciting instead of the usual stressful and draining one I had been through in the past!
