I have a 2020 Chevrolet equinox it overheated I took it to their service department and it took them a month and 4000 dollars to "fix" my car and engine. Then when Iand 2 months since I gave it to them to to their service department and it took them a month and 4000 dollars to "fix" my car and engine. Then when Iand 2 months since I gave it to them to fix. The technician that was working on it is in the hospital but no one else is working on it for some reason. So I was down 4 thousand dollars and had to buy my own rental car just so I could drive my kids and mother to where they needed to be. This is ridiculous got it back it overheated yet again so they had tow it in. It has been a month since I last saw my car and 2 months since I gave it to them to fix. The technician that was working on it is in the hospital but no one else is working on it for some reason. So I was down 4 thousand dollars and had to buy my own rental car just so I could drive my kids and mother to where they needed to be. This is ridiculous. More
Quoted $550 for work done. Went to pick up and was suddenly $855. Questioned $150 charge for testing the battery. Said would take it off and then tried to charge me $817 when I Went to pick up and was suddenly $855. Questioned $150 charge for testing the battery. Said would take it off and then tried to charge me $817 when I questioned how 855 minus 150 equaled 817 only response was that’s what it was but might could take a $30 miscellaneous charge which no one could explain what it was. I’ve dealt with this dealership for 10 years and always felt they were honest until today. Never again they are complete ripoffs and can’t even tell you where the charges are from. I would have been happy to pay what I owe if anyone could have explained how much I owe instead of each time looking at it telling me it was a different price for a different reason. More

When you would call me and give me periodic updates on the repair status, and when you called and said you had aligned the vehicle but weren't satisfied with it and wanted to have another look at it, that meant a lot and actions like that really go a long way. Safety is paramount when it comes to family, and having a reliable vehicle that I can trust to keep my family safe is very important to me. Best service in the area. I don't have a preference really, between Chevy and Ford trucks, but I prefer George Nunnally service. (Buying here was easy and honest, too.) I'd give ZERO STARS if I could. I purchased a 2015 Tahoe from this dealership. The salesman, Jim Holt, knew EXACTLY what I NEEDED, specifically heated seats and a great collision s I purchased a 2015 Tahoe from this dealership. The salesman, Jim Holt, knew EXACTLY what I NEEDED, specifically heated seats and a great collision system. (I traded my 2016 GMC Terrain with 23K miles in near perfect condition, except for slight damage on the rear rubber part of bumper. EVERYTHING worked PERFECT). Mr. Holt ASSURED me EVERYTHING WORKED on this vehicle. Since the Lane Departure Warning and side traffic alert worked, I assumed the collision worked as, again, I was ASSURED it did. Now the only way to test this, is to drive up on another vehicle which I wouldn't do intentionally, especially on a test drive. Once I got it in the "real world, discovered passenger and captain chairs seat don't heat at all and the driver barely gets warm. It was a hot day on test drive so with 100+ degrees and the heated seat on, I thought it worked. The collision only alerts if you are seconds from a CRASH, not getting too close, as I was told it would. Even the Sales Manager, Bill Durham, said the collision wasn't working as GM told him it should. I dropped the vehicle back off, they replaced heating element in driver seat only and it still barely gets warm. I was told GM changed the seats from getting too warm in 2015, yet my husband has a 2016 Chevy and those seats get hot. So. more lies. I sent a video of how close I could get to a vehicle with getting no alert, yet they still tell me it works likes it's supposed to. They refuse to do anything else. Now I'm stuck with car payments for a vehicle that I paid the $$$$ for the safety, for which I did not get. More
