Very pleased with service! I visited Gerald Jones Ford for service of my 2013 Escape. Eric Strickland, in the Service Bay, was very friendly and helpful (as was Shannon Saxon). I visited Gerald Jones Ford for service of my 2013 Escape. Eric Strickland, in the Service Bay, was very friendly and helpful (as was Shannon Saxon). Eric went out of his way to help find answers on a warranty issue. The waiting room was pleasant (clean and comfortable), and offering both coffee and water was nice for non-coffee drinkers. Everyone was very friendly. The service technician was Pete Darling. My car now sounds and runs great! More

Truely a great place to shop for a new vehicle The salesman Antonio Dunn treated my wife and I with respect and did not pressure us into the sale. Antonio knew all about the F150 truck and answered all of our questions. Antonio was always there all the way through the whole buying process. The finance manager was another good one. When he spoke about his family, he made you really good and a person to trust. He was another person that did not pressure you into anything. The show room was clean, no very clean and it made you feel at home, in fact we were the very last customer to leave 3 days in one week! The sales manager Jared Gay was always open and willing to answer all of our questions. No one rushed you rushed you and they took time with you, this is just a great place to shop. More

I was working in the area and decided to visit this site to look at a truck I had seen on the internet. I ended up purchasing it and had no way to get it home as I was in a company vehicle. Glenn followed me 85 miles home and drove my trade back that evening. We didn't leave the lot till after 7pm, so I know he got home very late that evening. That is the kind of exemplary service that will earn my repeat business the next time I am in the market for a vehicle. Overall, everyone I met was a true pleasure to deal with. More
Excellent Technical Equipment Service Technician, David With so many technical options in todays cars, it is a bit difficult to fully understand all of the options and "toys." When changing our FOB batterie With so many technical options in todays cars, it is a bit difficult to fully understand all of the options and "toys." When changing our FOB batteries, both remotes lost programming. Thank goodness that the incident occurred at the dealership with a salesman in control of the battery chage. According to the manuel and service manager, this isn't possible. Technician David reprogrammed both FOBs and took the time to explain the problem and shared with me other features the system was capable of doing to make my wife and my driving experience easier through the programming. When buying a car with so many features, David would be a great choice to explain all the options that my salesman overlooked. My salesman was courteous and very knowledgeable; however, David works in service department and knows all of the ins and outs and perspective trouble spots! More

Absolutely the best of the best First off. I was passing through Georgia when i needed engine repairs. Explained my issue to your service group and they went out of their way to help First off. Explained my issue to your service group and they went out of their way to help me from helping me find a rental and offering me help with locating a good hotel. Your service employees were absolutely the most helpful and proffesional i have ever seen. To go out of their way to get my truck repaired and me back on the road in tge shortest amount of time possible. My hats off to such a great group of employees you have at Bobby Jones Ford.
