Do not purchase a car from this location! We purchased a car in June. After the deal, the salesperson went radio silent. They never shared any of the financing information for payments. I h We purchased a car in June. After the deal, the salesperson went radio silent. They never shared any of the financing information for payments. I had to go in and track down financing details. They issued 2 keys, one of them did not work (not a big deal). I contacted the sales person, Pedro. He failed to respond to multiple attempts. After taking the key in it was determined it needed to be reprogrammed. They only have someone on premised Tuesday at 2p. We went to meet them (on Tuesday at 2p) and they never showed up! After discussion with a manager, he said they could have their service department take care of it. When we went in on Wednesday, they wanted to charge us $179 for the key because we didn't come in on Tuesday at 2p! On all levels, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We took the key off-site and had it programed for $30. The thing is it was never working in the first place. Total sharks! Just make it right. More

When we looked at a car and noted some damage, he did NOT tell us it was “cosmetic” and dismiss our concerns has we had heard earlier in the day from other sales persons. He worked with us to come up with a solution that worked for us. Beko was a pleasure to work with. Very accommodating and actually listened to what we wanted. Terrible service and non stop mistakes. We went to lease a car and they had us do a test drive. Mug mod was a con man from the start. After agreeing to the price that was much different than the over $600 a a car and they had us do a test drive. Mug mod was a con man from the start. After agreeing to the price that was much different than the over $600 a month he offered, they switched the car on us to one that was worth 8k less. Then the next day- the car wouldn’t start (brand new vehicle with 40 miles). They did the right thing and replaced vehicle with one that was closer to the vehicle we had agreed on (yet they still did the bait and switch). The manager told me they had a no return policy which is the opposite of state law and the ICC rules which allows 3 days. Now we have two bills as the dealership never marked the first car as returned. When we called Nissan they told us it was our responsibility to make contact with the manager and have the status changed due to their screw up. Of course- we don’t get a call back from the dealership. Complaint file with the ICC and fraud reported on the credit report now. Would never go to any Gerald dealership ever. We will stick with our normal dealerships who we trustZ More
