Germain Honda is one of Floridas best dealerships regarding their service department. First of all if you go there everyone is so accommodating and friendly. From now on I'm only dealing with Albert Checo who I had the best experience in all my life! Seriously, Albert was so caring and supportive. My engine was sorta of siezing and the car was only 3 yrs old. Albert was very reassuring, he kept me informed of the status, the findings and took care of it all. Even when I was provided a temporary car, Albert ran and grabbed my garage door opener after I thought I took everything out I needed from my vehicle. No matter how busy, hectic it was Albert didn't lose his calm chill demeanor and always smiled. Also I want to give a shout out to Matt, who arranged my loaner for me. I love these guys and can't say enough! Im a devote customer just because of these two men and their professional action oriented results!
