He is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and available for questions. The service department has taken care of my automobiles on time and on schedule in a professional and friendly manner. I have never had a problem with any auto I leased or purchased at Germaine. Since all else reflects excellent customer relations, I have to assume that the price is also competitive.
