Germain Toyota has an excellent reputation with us, since we have purchased through the years three used/preowned cars. We had a budget, but we were confident, from previous experiences, that we would be pl we have purchased through the years three used/preowned cars. We had a budget, but we were confident, from previous experiences, that we would be pleased with the outcome; and they delivered! This time we found an exceptional Sales Consultant in Adam and a very patient and creative Finance Manager in Damion who answered our every question and worked with us to make the sales possible. Adam, on the other hand, spent a lot of time with me, especially, and all the good qualities one would expect, but not often find, in a sales consultant were so evident in him. Professional (?), certainly, but, also, knowledgeable about the car I needed, personable, with patience, respectfulness, kindness and… honesty, above all. We came in knowing what we wanted, he listened and we were assisted in every way in making that choice. The experience is one I will remember with a smile! The dealership is friendly and my salesman was extremely helpful. I can't say the same about the finance manager. My experience was horrible. They did not speak to at all prior to taking my vehicle. I had to chase the manager of the dealership to find out what they were doing with my vehi They did not speak to at all prior to taking my vehicle.
