Our dealer TC and Brad the manager were very well patient with us. Also the dealership was extravagant. They gave us a reasonable price for the new sienna we just bought and we love our new van. Bill Kardas was knowledgeable about the product and realistic about the lack of Toyota inventory challenges. Run don't walk away from Naples Germain Toyota. They actually STOLE my wifes trade in. They said she needed a down payment on a new lease, and that they would take he trade in as as that payment. But th actually STOLE my wifes trade in. They said she needed a down payment on a new lease, and that they would take he trade in as as that payment. But they never took it off the price of the car.She signed the paperwork in good faith and now it's TOO LATE. THIEFS More
