The sale person, manager & other sale consultants were helpful & polite & worked with me on
the price & benefits of my puchase.

Well, I only came out Sunday to do bit of research but ended up getting into a new truck sooner then expected! But the fact that I wasn’t pressured in the slightest made it a good experience. Cory was there to just give me the information I needed and offer any questions I had. When I decided to go for it, he was pleasant in the ‘negations’ and tried to work as hard as possible for me. I recommend coming here very strongly! Great truck, great service, hard to complain when you get treated like an actual person and not a deal to be had at any cost.

Cory Mortz understands the importance of the customer experience during the sales process. Backing him up is a solid GSM named Josh Jones. There are a lot of talkers in the car business, but these gentlemen are good at the listening part too. I would ask for either of them if you are looking for a hassle free buying experience. They'll earn your business.

Before visiting Germain Toyota of Sarasota to purchase two new vehicles. My wife and I had extremely bad experiences with another Toyota dealership and a Chevy dealership. From the start we were greeted very friendly and with no pressure from Matthew Y. He took the time to let my wife and I drive each different vehicle to help us make our decisions. When it came down to making the deal, Josh J. was very straight forward with the price and also showed us Germain's invoice for the vehicles from Toyota. Normally after purchasing a vehicle in the past, we felt unsure if we got the right vehicle and even got a good deal, but after visiting and purchasing from Germain Toyota of Sarasota we felt extremely good with our decision of vehicles and know we got the best price on the purchase and our trade-ins. I called your dealership after a bad experience at another Toyota Dealer. Tanya Holland was so attentive, call me back to let me know I could come by that they would running late and they would stay open for me. I felt so special, Your crew went above and beyond customer service. I explain to her the i was leaving the Sunday afternoon and could not come back . I got my car, at a good interest rate and a manageable payment plan. Alonso came back from home to take care of the closing of my paper work. I was amazed by the treatment I got there. Michael call the banks and got me finance in no time at all. Tanya even stay out with me in the parking lot so that i would not be left alone till my boyfriend came back.Your stellar service has renew my believe in your company . I will recommend you to anyone that wants to buy a car. You have in me and my family a loyal customer for live.

All of the staff not only the one's that worked with me, was friendly and welcoming. The people that worked most with me made my experience
excelent. Corey was terrific he is knowlegable and helpful, I was very comfortable dealing with him. No pressure unlike past experiences buying cars. Terry was so great, he dealt with a problem I had obtaining credit from my past purchase at another dealership. He saved me a lot of time and money! He knows how to get the job done. This dealership was a true pleasure to work with. We used the USAA buying service, which Germain honored with no conditions or reservations. Our saleman, Kevin Shtylla, was most personable and straightforward, with no pressure. He explained all aspects of the sale, and we believe that we received a more than fair deal!! Our financial manager, "Alex" (female) gave us excellent advice on extended warranty options. In summary, this was a most pleasant and hassle free buying experience. We would recommend this dealership (and this buying service!) to anyone.

Took a 7:50 a.m. Saturday appointment for a 10,000 miles oil change and tire rotation on a 2010 Venza. I Was out the door in 23 minutes. This is a record for any dealer i've dealt with.

Marcos went out of his way to explain all the important points I needed to make an educated buying decision. He was very patient and made me feel like I was his only customer. He is a seasoned veteran when it comes to car sales and it showed.

We leased with Germain d had a good experience. They made it easy to re0lease with better paynebts. Only drwback is it took 3 1/2 hours to complete transaction.
