I have bought several trucks and cars from this dealership, for the first time I am not happy. I requested a toneau cover be installed on the truck as part of the deal. 2023 Ford Lariat I paid fo dealership, for the first time I am not happy. I requested a toneau cover be installed on the truck as part of the deal. 2023 Ford Lariat I paid for the liner and tailgate protector the cover was the cheapest cover made. it was apart when the truck was delivered. Put it back together it came apart. The salesman sent the installer to my home to repair. still an issue I had him take it off. texted the salesman on September 19. haven't heard a word about my being totally disgusted called Townsend Ford discovered that cover was under $200.00. the one I would have liked to get was $375.00 installed. no more comments......other than disappointed. I will have the better cover installed, More

I have used this dealership for 4 years and until last visit was very pleased. A rookie mistake happened to me and scared me to death. I had a routine oilchange and a recall done. When I left realized I visit was very pleased. A rookie mistake happened to me and scared me to death. I had a routine oilchange and a recall done. When I left realized I had no breaks. Called Lou who sent a technician to my house. Seems that a hose was disconnected to complete the recall and not reconnected thus no breaks. I live close and made it home but the outcome could have much different 😕. So I quess not happy about last visit. More
