You have been there for me since 2011 In 2011 I purchased a new Ford Fusion Hybrid. I purchased a used - but steill under warranty - Ford from another dealer, and brought it to Gervais for warranty service on two occasions. In both instances, I dealt with knowledgable folks, and the wor from another dealer, and brought it to Gervais for warranty service on two occasions.
