Drove up to Lowell after arranging a test drive for a used car. When I got there, informed that the car was sold at auction but that they had "comparable" one (1 year older, no sunroof). Test drive went fine and Kevin the sales person was knowledgeable about the car. When we came to talk price, the price was higher than the original one I came in for. When I showed them the price on TrueCar, they claimed that they never posted that price. Terrible bait and switch and wasted 2 hours of my time. No apologies for their screw up or not calling me to tell me that the car was no longer available. More
