Very rude and doesn't listen. Too busy to answer the phone and then yells at me for just dropping in with my car. It was there for 2 months when I needed it for the weekend. I took it for four days and.brought it back when no one answered the.phone I was made to pay in full even though I was told no QC had been done. My insurance company had already sent the funds and now I'm waiting to get that money back that I paid out of pocket. Ken argued with me until I had to call my insurance company on my cell and.have.them tell him that Gettle owes me money. My husband, Mike had done business with Gettle and thought you were decent people. Mike died in February and evidently Gettles decency doesn't exist anymore. I should not have to fight to get the money that was overpaid to Gettle. I am in need of a newer vehicle but won't use Gettle for that purchase or anything else in the future. More
