The service was absolutely fantastic! From taking it in to Russ calling to let us know it was ready at the end of the day. He stayed there so we could pick it up. I tried for 2 weeks beginning Sep 27 to get an appointment for service. Left multiple calls, voicemails, and spoke to the operator twice, each time getting promised calls that never came. I finall appointment for service. Left multiple calls, voicemails, and spoke to the operator twice, each time getting promised calls that never came. I finally got through in mid October to be told the earliest possible time was November 2. That was over a month from my initial call. it was an ABS warning that indicated it needed to be taken to a dealer. This criticism should in no way reflect on the service person, Tracy Lambert, who actually assisted me on the actual date of service. If anything she saved the dealership from my total disappointment and disdain That had occurred during the 5 weeks of no communication in my effort to get an appointment. Unfortunately the problem was diagnosed but the part had to be back ordered so I have to wait for the part to arrive before being rescheduled to complete the repair. More
