Russel Frye is excellent in his position as Assistant Service Manager. Very knowledgeable and on top of everything that comes his way. First of all, you sold me a lemon vehicle on August 10, 2022, when the emergency brake did not work, and your dealership wanted to charge $660.00 to fix it. You also stated in your carfax that this vehicle 2022, when the emergency brake did not work, and your dealership wanted to charge $660.00 to fix it. You also stated in your carfax that this vehicle had maintenance done on it for the following: Oil and filter changed, front and rear brake pads replaced, front brake rotors replaced on July 8, 2022. I have had this vehicle barley over a year when I brought it in because the tire pressure light would not go off even when I put air in the tires, I also wanted new windshield wipers placed on the vehicle, check all my fluids and have the driver front tire looked at because it had a burning smell. To my surprise I get call Nick Conti, saying I have an oil leak, coolant leak, and transmission leak (which on the maintenance sheet he states that I knew it was leaking, this is not true). I never detected any of these leaks, why were they not detected in the initial maintenance of the vehicle? Why did I have to pay $1,394.52 on brake parts when the brakes were fixed in August 2022. I am truly not a satisfied customer; I believe that I was taken advantage of, and I will be sending a letter to your main office along with a copy of the CARFAX document I was initially given upon the purchase and send them a copy of my most recent repair sheet I was given with all the deficiencies supposedly found, this is not right. I turned my vehicle in on August 25, 2023, and did not receive it back until September 18, 2023, and I was not even asked if I needed a loaner vehicle. Now I have to bring it back again because the air pressure light is still coming on and the transmission is sticking while in drive. I have two other vehicles that are serviced by the Gettel chain (Toyota and Lincoln), and this dealership is the worst that I have ever delt with, I will not have my friends or family deal with this dealership. Bottom line I want my vehicle fixed like correctly. I probably won't receive any feedback from this survey, because I did not when I expressed my concerns when I found out that you sold me a vehicle with no emergency brakes, which I never heard of coming from a dealership. More
