Service center communications are lacking. Car Sat for Week. Could not drive it safely due to shifting out of drive and stopping on road way. We had a tire blow out two days before Hurricane Idalia. We had our car towed to Gettel from Englewood because Gettel had a master lock for our tires and our lock had disappeared.
