They went out of their way to help me since I'm disabled. But the wait time at the dealership repair area was insane. I bought a 2020 certified ram pickup drove it off the lot 2 miles away the check engine light came on turned around went back to the dealership then noticed the headlight was cracked was basically told I bou 2 miles away the check engine light came on turned around went back to the dealership then noticed the headlight was cracked was basically told I bought it that way even though minutes before telling me how the certified preowned program inspection was so great.but they would fix the check engine light they kept it for 2 weeks then i picked it up and waited on parts then 2 weeks later took it back they installed the parts said it was fixed so I drove the hour back picked it up and once again 2 miles down to road the check engine light came on so took it back they kept it another 2 weeks then had me pick it up again while they waited on parts I finally got tired of going back there and fixed the truck myself!done waste your time with this joke of a dealership More

I bought my Ram there and since the beginning had issues. I sweared back them that I would never put foot on the dealership again, but I believe in second and third chances. Every time I go there whether I make an appointment or not, it is a hassle to communicate and get things done. Almost like you are bothering them. This time around, I made an appointment for Friday 8/25 at 10:30am. Arrived at 10:15am and engaged the first service advisor that I found. He swiftly looked me up and directed me to Phill my service advisor whom I never chose. He was in the phone and after seeing us there for 5-7minutes told me to wait in the waiting room, that he was on the phone. I said, okay, I k is I’m early, so I sat down in the waiting area. At 10:40am I decided to engaged Phill as it was already past my appointment time. After I expressed how unfair it was that I was waiting, with an appointment, and with other 4 advisors without customers, he asked someone else to take care of me. They did and he told me Phill was going to take care of me moving forward. So I told him that I had an appointment at 11:00 with my accountant and should be back at around 12.30pm. He noted that and highlighted it. Upon arrival back to the dealership, at about 1:10Pm, I see my truck parked still outside of the service bay, but not in the finished parking lot. Phill was again in the phone and didn’t acknowledged me until I decided to again, go and ask him for my car. He had no idea on status and went to apologize for the earlier incident and how unfair it was that they have scheduled him with so many appointments and he had to deal with a warranty call. He then informed me that the part that was broken was not under warranty which I understood but he had not gone to parts to seek availability prior to my arrival. After another 30 minutes wait and 300.00 later with a 3% added to my bill (which I agree to pay) I was ready to leave. Phill made sure to come to me to apologize again probably because he saw this coming. I won’t go back to any Gettel in Charlotte County. After I bought by Ram at Chrysler, I went to the Hyundai dealership and was treated poorly. I do all my Hyundai dealing in Gettel of Lakeland where I have bought two cars already. I know, still Gettel, but the service and the people there are day and night. I hope this helps management to work on these issues and solve the problems. Not easy to drive 1.5hrs to a distant dealership when I can be leaving all the money in Charlotte County. More

One of the worst service experiences I have had. Waited over a 1 1/2 hours and blue to find the vehicle had not been touched. Was told it would be and Hour or two. Asked for vehicle back and left.
