I took my 2002 dodge ram 1500 in on may 10th 2023 thats when my troubles began, It was running rough after a week the tech Daniel called and said I needed $7000. worth of work done including leaks that did when my troubles began, It was running rough after a week the tech Daniel called and said I needed $7000. worth of work done including leaks that didn't exist [ my driveway where I parkit was clean ] but they said transmission was leaking,power steering was leaking,rear end was leaking. The A/C was not working so instead of diagnosng the problem they replaced everything.After multiple calls and no one calling me back, I finally discovered that the tech Daniel had been fired [ he had cancer taking too much time off for treatments]. this is now week three and when I asked who was handling Daniels customers I was told NO ONE.AT week 4 someone called named Jake and said he would be handing my case.After many more phone calls in week 5 and 6 jake said I needed a Power control module [pcm].I asked if they could give me a loaner or demo to use because I had NO way to get to work. Jake said he would look into it. In week seven he called back and said "they were all out" "they don t have any loaners or demos" and various other lies and excuses.IN week 8 I was told the PCM was received and would be installed.I did get a phone call and was told the PCM was defective and they would have to send it back to the THIRD party vender that it was bought from for a replacement. Then upon another call from me I was told they had to fill out a detailed form to send back with the defective PCM. Now into week nine I called to find out what was going on? They told me they were waiting for the replacement PCM. Finally the PCM arrived and was installed and this cured the PROBLEM I originally had brought it in for. No apologies just excuses. If they could not work on a truck this old , why not tell me when I called for an apointment.My experience with Gettle was beyond terrible and I DO NOT recomend any people to use them. I have a friend Paul who ownes 4 dodge dealerships in florida and sent him the final bill because it seemed way too much, His service manger said they OVERCHARGED me by $1500.00. Stay away from these people unless you want to be scammed! More
